It's good to see when people help out others in need. As part of the Model Home Project (MHP), a group of male models recently boarded a bus and made their way down to New Orleans to help Habitat for Humanity build homes for Hurricane Katrina victims. Basically the MHP is an organization established by the fashion industry to promote volunteerism among professional models. I think that it's great that these models take time off to help others in need and use the publicity they get to bring attention to Habitat for Humanity and to Hurricane Katrina victims. I'm sure a lot of people will just view this as a publicity stunt for these guys but even it was, they did at least help some people in the process. And to put an even better spin on this, here are some pics!
