I totally forgot to mention this. My poor Killers were relegated to 2nd on this week's Billboard 200. Instead, Evanescence's "The Open Door" bowed at No. 1 on The Billboard 200. They sold 447,000 copies in their first week. Making it their first No. 1 on the chart. The band's debut, 2003's "Fallen," spent 104 weeks on the chart, peaking at No. 3 and selling more than 6.6 million copies in the United States. Coming in at No. 2, the Killers' sophomore release "Sam's Town" sold 315,000 copies. It is the group's best sales week ever and its best charting position, as their debut "Hot Fuss" only managed to peak at No. 7. Even though I wanted a number 1, I am still happy they got to number 2 and sold as much as they did because this album is awesome.
