I thought it would be cool to review these songs together, considering they both cuaght my attention from from being featured on the same source, which is Grey's Anatomy. "Chasing Cars" was featured in May's season finale but it really didn't grab my attention until I saw the rerun back in September. That soaring chorus where he sings "If I lay here..." fit in perfectly with Izzie's emotional breakdown over Denny's death and then Meredith's indecision between Finn and Derek. "How To Save A Life" was featured on promos for the new season. I just love this song right now. The leader singer of the Fray has a great voice and I love the lyrics an overall feel of the song.
