NBC Summary

Every year at this time, the networks announce their fall schedules. They tell us which shows are coming back, which are cancelled, which are moved, and which newbies will grace our screens. NBC was up first on Monday, then ABC on Tuesday, followed by CBS yesterday. I had planned to have detailed information on each schedule plus summaries of the new shows. However, since I was away for the damn training, I will just summarize all 3 with the details on the CW later. New shows have an asterisk *. The ones in bold are the shows I will watch or Tivo. Up first, NBC.

MONDAY
8-9 p.m.: Deal or No Deal
9-10 p.m.: Heroes (NBC also announced the spinoff Heroes: Origins, which will air during one of the show's two breaks. We will meet six new people, then vote for our favorite to join the cast.)
10-11 p.m.: Journeyman*: Drama about a man who travels back in time to help people in trouble

TUESDAY
8-9 p.m.: The Biggest Loser
9-10 p.m.: Chuck*: A spy dramedy starring Zachary Levi as a regular guy who stumbles upon a second career as a government agent
10-11 p.m.: Law & Order: Special Victims Unit

WEDNESDAY
8-9 p.m.: Deal or No Deal
9-10 p.m.: Bionic Woman*: a remake of the 1970s TV series, starring Michelle Ryan as the title character
10-11 p.m.: Life*: A drama about a wrongly imprisoned ex-cop rejoining the force, starring Adam Arkin and Damian Lewis

THURSDAY
8-8:30 p.m.: My Name Is Earl
8:30-9 p.m.: 30 Rock
9-9:30 p.m.: The Office
9:30-10 p.m.: Scrubs
10-11 p.m.: ER

FRIDAY
8 p.m.: 1 vs 100
8:30 p.m.: The Singing Bee*: game show where contestants have to "sing in the blanks"
