Brothers & Sisters is a new show on ABC right after Desperate Housewives. After seeing last week's pilot episode, I found the show to be a bit boring. However, I saw potential in it. What lured me back was the death of the father last week. I decided to give the show one more chance, if it wasn't any better, then I would no longer watch it. Last night, I was pleasantly surprised. The second episode was so much better than the first. The storylines are beginning to set themselves out and there seems to be much more drama following the father's death. The best characters are Calista Flockhart's conservative Republican character and the family's youngest brother (who gets hottie points). I really feel for his situation and can't wait to see what's in store for both. Anyway, the only boring point is the whole drama involving the family company and stolen pension funds. I can hear this stuff at work, I don't need to hear it on my primetime shows. In all, each brother and sister has great stories to tell and I really enjoy Sally Field playing thteir mom. I'll continue watching for now to see how things go.
